Through UIBM is now possible to file the opposition
From 1 July 2011 has been scheduled for publication in the Official Gazette of the Italian national trademarks including data Italian national trademark applications filed on or after May 2, 2011 by the Italian Patent and Trademark Office considered registered. In relation to these applications the owner of the prior trademark may file an opposition within three months from the date of publication.
