An interesting judgment of the Court of Appeal of Venice, once again confirms the need for the models / drawings must be accompanied by a clear and complete description of the model to test, believing that the only photographic reproduction say may not always be sufficient to demonstrate hidden shares, nor on the other hand is left to CTU any exploratory function. (and the CTU was strongly criticized by the judicial body in question), the latter having the CTU deduce the shape of the unknown part of a geometric shape.
