‘Make in India’ trademark filed by DIPP
The department of policy and promotion (DIPP), government of India has filed for the trademark of the much celebrated phrase “Make In India” and the logo, a lion with “Make In India” printed on it to prevent its misuse. The trademark application has been filed under various categories covering a broad spectrum of goods ranging from electronics to clothes, and services including telecom, education, advertising etc.
